at Amy’s All Stars!

Thank you so much for your interest in hosting your event at our studio! To the right, you will find information for a variety of different price points and party needs to celebrate your All Star!!

Details

  • Best days: Saturday or Sunday

  • Studio provides the tables and chairs / benches

  • Families bring the cake, food, plates, napkins, utensils, and party decorations (unless you add-on to your package).

  • First 10 attendees included (not including the birthday All Star)

  • Use of 1 studio space and our front and side lobbies. 

  • A special Amy's All Star gift for the Birthday All Star!

Duration

  • Option of 1.5 hours or 2 hours

  • We allow you to set up for 20 minutes before the party and 20 minutes to clean up after the party -- at no additional cost.

Staffing

  • We will provide an Amy’s All Star staff member to assist and supervise.

  • 1 Week Before: You will receive a pre-party email to get details about number of guests, ages, etc.

    • Please note: a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of submitting your booking form.

    • Base Package Cost:

      • 1.5 Hours -- $150.00

      • 2.0 Hours -- $200.00

      • 10% Discount with Studio Membership 

    • +$2.00 for each additional attendee.

    • Please note: a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of submitting your booking form

      • 1.5 Hour Duration -- Base + $50 = $200

      • 2.0 Hour Duration -- Base + $75 = $275

      • 10% Discount with Studio Membership

    • +$5.00 for each additional attendee.

    This package includes everything in the Studio Rental Base Package plus: 

    • TWO total staff members (1 for office, 1 instructor)

      • Assistants will be brought in depending on the number of attendees

    • First 15 minutes, your instructor will welcome guests with a coloring page that goes with your theme.

    • Attendees will spend approximately 25 minutes of the party learning a simple dance combination with an Amy’s All Star instructor in the genre of your choice**

      • Dance Style to choose from: Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical​​

    • **Depending on the availability of our staff the genre may need to slightly change.

    • Please note: a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of submitting your booking form

      • 2.0 Hour Duration -- Base + $130 = $360.00

      • 10% Discount with Studio Membership

    • +$10 for each additional attendee

    This package includes everything in the Studio Rental Base Package plus: 

    • THREE total staff members (1 office staff, 1 instructor, 1 assistant 

      • Additional assistants will be brought in depending on the number of attendees

    • What is included in this 2 hour party: 

      • First 15 minutes, your instructor and assistant will welcome guests with a coloring page that goes with your theme.

      • Attendees will spend approximately 25 minutes of the party learning a simple dance combination with an Amy’s All Star instructor in the genre of your choice**by

        • Dance Style to choose from: Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical​​

        • **Depending on the availability of our staff the genre may need to slightly change.

      • We will provide a craft activity centered around the theme for the attendees to complete during the party / OR prepare an obstacle course 

      • If time allows, we will play dance games and / or story time

      • Our finale is a dance party to keep your guests dancing as the party winds down!

    • We will leave you 45 minutes for cake and gifts at the time of your choosing (scheduled in the pre-party email).

    • +$5 per guest for pizza, chips, and drink

    • +$30: plastic ware and paper goods for 20 

    • +$60: balloon garland over mirror
